About this event

Many organizations know the potential that having an OSPO to lead their open-source efforts brings to them. However, getting started with your first OSPO program within traditional workspaces can be sometimes a complex task to fulfill.

In this first OSPOlogy Episode, we will briefly introduce key concepts such as the most common OSPO roles and responsibilities, corporate structures, elements of an open-source management program, ways to choose and hire an open-source program manager, and more. After the presentation, we will move to a group discussion where participants will be able to share their ideas and interact with experienced OSPO leaders across all industries.
